Teach Kids Yoga In Coronavirus Home Quarantine Period at Home:
- Bow pose – Dhanurasana:
For this Yoga, lie flat on your tummy, and then slowly bend your knees towards your head. Now lift your chest. Now hold your ankle with your hands and hold on in this position.

- Cobra pose – Bhujangasana:
As the name describes, this pose is like how cobra stands. For this Yoga, lie flat on your tummy, put your palms on the ground, and now raise yourself straight. Lift your head chest and shoulder and be still in this pose for a few minutes.

- Boat pose – Naukasana:
As the name describes, this pose is shown the actual bat shape of your body. For this Yoga, sit on your buttocks, raise your legs and hold it your ankle with hands. Be still for a few minutes.

Yes as per the name you need to form the bridge of your body. For this Yoga, lie on your back and bend your knees, and be flat on the ground. Put your both hands parallel to your body. Now lift up only buttocks and form a bridge. Be still for a few minutes in this pose.

- Lotus pose – Padmasana:
For this pose, sit straight, tall your spine, cross your legs and let the palms rest on your knees, now relax and breathe.

- Mountain pose – Tadasana:
For this pose, stand straight, now stretch your hands towards the sky, and keep them near to your ears. Stand on your feet’s fingers and now stretch your complete body towards the sky as much as possible. Be still in this pose for a few minutes.
