5 Peanut Butter Recipes for Kids:

1. Peanut Butter Dip:

Ingredients:

  • Vanilla greek yogurt – 6 tbsp.
  • Maple syrup – ½ tbsp.
  • Natural peanut butter – 1 tbsp.
  • Cinnamon – 1/8 tsp.

Method:

  • Take a deep bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Serve as a dip with any fruit of your choice, like apple or banana.
  • Rest dip can be stored in the fridge.

2. Peanut Butter Dip:

   Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter – 3 tbsp.
  • Dark Choco chips – 100 gms
  • Oats – 150 gms
  • Coconut oil – 2 tsp.
  • Maple syrup – 2 tsp.
  • Banana – 1, ripe

Method:

  • Take a microwave safe bowl, add the coconut oil and heat it till it melts. 
  • Once done, take it out.
  • Take a deep bottom bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.
  • Make small balls.
  • Keep all the balls in the fridge and let it set.
  • Serve now.

3. Peanut Butter Banana Bites:

Ingredients:

  • Banana – 1, peeled 
  • Granola – 2 tbsp.
  • Peanut butter – 1 tbsp.

Method:

  • Take a peeled banana, cut the tip at both the ends.
  • Now cut this banana in 8 pieces, cylindrical shape.
  • Now put peanut butter on top of each banana piece.
  • Now sprinkle granola on the top of it and serve.

4. Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie:

         Ingredients:

  • Banana – 2 cups, frozen and sliced
  • Almond milk – 1 cup, unsweetened
  • Peanut butter – 1 tbsp.
  • No fat greek yogurt – ½ cup
  • Flax seeds – ½ tbsp.
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp.

Method:

  • Take a blender and all the ingredients.
  • Blend well until it becomes smooth.
  • Serve immediately.

5. Peanut Butter Cornflakes Bites:

 Ingredients:

  • Peanut butter – 1 cup
  • Maple syrup – ½ cup
  • Unsalted butter – ¼ cup
  • Sugar – ¼ cup
  • Sesame seeds – 3 tbsp.
  • Semi sweet choco chips – ¼ cup
  • Corn flakes – 3 cups
  • Ground nutmeg – ¼
  • Vanilla extract – 1 tsp.

Method:

  • Take a bowl, add chocolate chips, peanut butter, maple syrup and sugar, mix well.
  • Now transfer this into a saucepan, put it on medium flame, and keep stirring. Till everything melts completely. 
  • Now remove from the flame and add vanilla extract.
  • Now take a deep bottom bowl, add corn flakes and sesame seeds pour the peanut mixture butter and mix well.
  • Take a baking dish, spray the cooking spray. Now pour this mixture into this dish, press lightly and make it evenly flat surface
  • Put it into the fridge and let it set.
  • Now cut it into squares and serve it.
  • Rest you can store into the fridge.
